Pay What You Want commissions

I am currently running 'Pay What You Want' (PWYW) Commissions! The purpose of these is to help me get a better idea of pricing for future commissions, and help me build a client base!What does PWYW mean?
I am running a typical PWYW structure, which means instead of you telling me what you want and me providing a price, you instead tell me your budget and I tell you what I can provide for your chosen price :)
Since I am still new to the commission market, I am currently very willing to work with low prices.
